MUST I SIGN A WAIVER?
YES!!! We have an online waiver that must be signed as you make your reservation. One waiver for each person that will operate a watercraft.
WHAT DO I NEED TO SIGN WHEN BOOKING MY RESERVATION?
When booking your reservation online you will be asked to sign three (3) forms. The first one is a Waiver; one must be signed for each person who will operate the watercraft. Second is the Rental Agreement, you must be 25 or older with valid driver's license and a credit card to make reservation. The third is a PWC Orientation Checklist or the Boating Regulation Acknowledgment Depending on what you rented.
WHAT IS THE CANCELATION POLICY?
We offer a 75% refund if the reservation is cancelled 7 days prior to arrival. If you cancel after the 7 day deadline you will only receive 50% refund of your deposit. NO refund will be given if you cancel on the day of your reservation. By making a reservation you are agreeing to the terms of our cancelation policy.
WHAT ARE ALL THE COST ASSOCIATED WITH A RENTAL?
The Rental: Varies based on Sea-Doo
State Sales Tax: 9.9%
Damage Deposit Sea-doo: $500 (Refunded if Sea-Doo gas is full and NO Damage).
Damage Deposit Pontoon: $1,000 (Refunded if Pontoon gas is full and NO Damage).
Damage Deposit Supra: $1000 (Refunded if Supra gas is full and NO Damage).
Damage Deposit Triumph: $500 (Refunded if Triumph gas is full and NO Damage).
Damage Deposit Mastercraft: $1000 (Refunded if Mastercraft gas is full and NO Damage).
Delivery Cost: Free!!!
Refueling/ Gas: Refueling fee is $50 if personally launched and retrieved, $30 if you have us launch and retrieve it, plus the price of gas.
Park Entry Fee/ Annual Park Pass: Park fee per car is $35, OR Annual park pass $85 (provides entry to all parks)
WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY A DAMAGE DEPOSIT?
We do require a damage deposit when renting our watercrafts. This is to cover any damages that occur to our rentals, and/or equipment when in your possession. Examples include, but not limited to, damage, low fuel, lost keys, missing life vests, and etc. Additional charges may be more than $500 deposit for Sea-Doo and $1,000 for boats depending on the damage, fuel fees, fuel cost, etc. Your damage deposit refund will not be available on our card until the funds have been released by us following a full inspection of our property and the release of your funds by your credit/ bank agency back on your card. The time frame can be from 2-7 days for a credit card and up to 21 days for a debit card.
WHAT HAPPENES IF I DAMAGE THE WATERCRAFT OR EQUIPMENT THAT I AM RENTING?
We expect over the lifetime of our rentals/ equipment, it will see some normal wear and tear. However, if you return our rentals/ equipment with dings/ dents/ scratches/ ripped upholstery/ etc. that wouldn't occur from normal use, we will charge your credit card whatever it costs us to have the equipment repaired. This is not an issue we expect to happen with even the slightest bit frequency , but should you need arise, we work with some of the great companies that charge very fair prices for repairs. In the event of rental/ equipment damage, were simply concerned about getting our rental/ equipment back in good repair, not gouging you on the price for those repairs.
Additionally, if the Particular piece of equipment needs to be taken in for repairs, YOU will be charged the day rate for the damaged Rental/ Equipment each day until were able to put it back to use
It's in our best interest to get all damaged rentals/ equipment back into service as soon as possible, so we will do everything in our power to avoid downtime for repairs.
WHAT DO WE NEED TO DO TO RESERVE A WATERCRAFT?
We do require a deposit at the time of booking which varies with booking volume but is generally based on half of your rental fees. The deposit is 75% REFUNDABLE if you cancel anytime 7 days prior to your reservation date. If you cancel 6 days or less before your reservation date, we will refund 50% of your deposit. You must be at least 21 or over and have a credit card to make reservations. Please view our cancelation policy prior to making your reservation, by making a reservation you are agreeing to the terms of our cancelation policy.
WHEN CAN WE PICK UP OUR RENTAL AND WHEN DOES IT NEED TO BE RETURNED?
Our rental day begins at 8:00 AM Arizona time, when you show up to our office or the launch ramp you chose and ends at 5:00 PM Arizona time for full days. You will have a thirty (30) minute grace period before you will be charged by the hour at $75 an hour (starting at the beginning of the hour). Also, please plan on taking a little extra time at pick up to go over the watercraft and sign waivers and also, a little time to check the watercraft after finishing your trip. We do NOT extend rental times or offer discounts for watercraft that are picked up/ rented later in the day.
DO I HAVE TO FUEL THE WATERCRAFT OR WILL YOU?
All watercraft rentals will leave with a full tank or gas and shall be returned with a full tank of gas. 89 octane, ethanol free or higher grade is required. if you return without refueling there will be a $50.00 Service fee plus the fuel amount. if you choose our launch and retrieval service we can fuel for you, the service fee for fueling then would be $30 plus the cost of fuel.
WHAT HAPPENES IF IT'S WINDY OR RAINING?
Weather is unpredictable, especially at Lake Powell, it can change from one moment to the next. We want you to have the experience of your life but your safety is our top priority. Therefore, we reserve the right to cancel any rental, at or prior to check-in time, due to weather concerns, at OUR DESCRESION. you will be fully refunded for the time we have canceled. Anytime after the watercraft is on the water, if the weather is to change, which it frequently does , we do NOT offer refunds due to those changing weather conditions.
